Newcomers/Beginners (level 0-1)

New to pole? This class is for you! We will work on the basics of pole dance, building strength and coordination gradually getting familiar with the world of Pole Dance. All classes are given in English / German  

Beginners (level 1)

After taking your first steps in pole, learn how to combine spins and transitions into mini pole flows.We will also start gradually getting away from the floor working on climbs, hip holds and basic aerial transitions.

Intro to Intermediate level (level 1-2)

This class is designed for experienced beginners who would like to challenge their abilities and prepare for intermediate level classes, as well as intermediate level polers interested in refining their skills and getting better control in more advanced routines. If you wanna work on your pole inverts, aerial transitions, knee hooks and get more action in the air – this class is for you!

Intermediate level (level 2-3)

Once you feel comfortable with your inverts (from the ground and aerially), knee hooks, hip holds and aerial transitions – you can start joining our Intermediate level where we introduce more complicated and often challenging combos which combine previously learnt elements as well as new creative and playful pole tricks.

Open Training

Your chance to practice the tricks you are working on and improve your personal weak points! A professional pole instructor is always present during open training, however it is not an official class and you need to prepare your own plan to work with. If you are interested in Personal Training instead you can contact us here.


Recommended for intermediate level students or above.

Pole Flow (all levels)

Pole flow is based on a fusion of dance technique, basic principles of pole dance and artistic interpretation of music and rhythm. We will work on coordination, pole tricks and transitions which will be put together into a dance routine.  The style of dance differs from ‘flowy’ & sensual  to quick and dynamic, or a mixture of both. This class is open for all levels (with experience), and concentrates on the fluidity of movement, musicality and performance.

Heels Sensual Pole Flow

Sensual flow combines strong elements from Russian style pole, as well as slinky snake-like movements inspired by old-school “stripper style” pole dancing and belly dance. ​Here you can improve your flow on/off the pole, discover your inner Diva and also burn a few calories along the way 😉
Stripper High-heels (or socks instead) as well as knee pads are recommended.

Chair Dance (all levels)

Give new life to your ordinary household objects! In chair class we climb and crawl all over our simple desk chair – you will be challenged physically and creatively, while playing and having fun on your chair. We will learn a full chair dance choreo plus a couple exciting chair tricks. After this class you will definitely see your chair in a new light 😉


All levels welcome!

Sensual Floorwork (all levels)

In this class you will learn to flow gracefully through your floorwork: getting to the floor, transitions, rolls, shoulder-stands, getting up from the floor and more! You can join barefoot, with socks or high heels.


All you need is some movement space, your PC/phone and stable internet connection.

Explore your sexy, theatrical, playful side with Kaya’s burlesque class!

We will go over the art of burlesque, learning specific techniques as well as a new character/story driven choreography every 3-4 weeks. This class encourages you to smile 🙂 Whether you are in lockdown alone or with someone, burlesque is a fun way to play pretend while embracing your sensual self and vibrant body.

Flexibility & Strength

​Flexibility for Pole & Aeriel (all levels)

Pole dance and other similar Aerial arts (silks, hoop, rope, etc) require a good amount of range of motion (flexibility) as well as the strength to control it. Get your Splits and bendy back (injury free!), and improve overall mobility and stamina. Stretching regularly is highly recommended to prevent injury, increase your progress on the pole or your other apparatuses, and maintain a long term practice.

We work systematically on opening our hips towards front splits and middle splits (box and straddles). The exercises in the class focus on opening of the hip flexors and psoas, the back of the legs – hamstrings and calves, as well as the groin.


The active stretches we use in the class help build up the strength as well as mobility required to hold some of the challenging splits’ figures on the pole. If you feel stuck with your leg flexibility up the pole, regular practice on a weekly basis can help significantly to get you into that pose you’ve been dreaming of!

In this class we focus on opening the entire front body, working towards poses such as scorpion forearmstand, cheststands and wheel (full bridge). We move down through the body starting from the neck, shoulders, upper and middle back, and last but not least our hip flexors and psoas. We use active stretches to build up strength in the back body and core, to enable a strong and pain free practice.


Many Pole moves and shapes require a strong AND flexible back body, which can be challenging if we don’t train our back flexibility often enough. Similarly, much of the work we do on the pole takes a heavy strain on our shoulders and upper body, and can often leave us feeling stiff and in some cases even cause injury (if we don’t stretch enough, or stretch in the wrong way). Having a strong backbend practice will not only help us keep our shoulders, back and front hips open and healthy, but will also allow us to go into deep backbend shapes up on the pole – such as ballerina, superman, allegra and many (many) more!

Full body stretch

Regular full body Stretching helps ease muscle pain and tension.We allow the body to find more mobility, increase the range of motion and prevent injuries and joint/muscle pain.

Indulge yourself with a one hour full body stretch session that will improve your muscles and tendons elasticity from head to toes, in the most comfortable and delicious way.

All of our classes are currently offered online via Zoom + as recording after class. Join us from the comfort of your own home to Pole Dance classes, or Off-the-Pole classes such as chair dance, flexibility, burlesque and more. View our full online schedule here.
